Guest speaker, 8.30pm: Hannah F - with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry, Hannah continued her studies to become a teacher. She taught English in Hong Kong, before teaching science at a secondary school in London for 5 years. Following this, Hannah retrained as a clinical scientist, specialising in biochemistry. She now works at a busy city hospital.
Guest speaker: Lauren Y - with a Bachelor’s Degree in History, Lauren undertook a PGCE, she has been a secondary school teacher for the past 15 years.
Here, Hannah and Lauren share their insights in to teaching careers, along with general tips for being successful in job interviews. There will be an opportunity for Q&A during the talk.
